THE PROBLEM
In the world of automotive photography, finding clients can be a tricky business, especially for newcomers.
Unlike a lot of other freelance industries, there is currently no 'go to' platform that allows automotive photographers to actively pursue new opportunities.
That's where Photocar comes in. Gone are the days of waiting around for a message to appear in your inbox. Photocar allows you to search through open job requests and actively submit quotes for the jobs that work for you.
How It Works

User posts a new job containing information about their car, their location, what sort of shoot they want, when they want it done etc

As a registered Photographer, you can search through all jobs posted to Photocar and review the details of each

You can submit a quote for the work directly through the platform. These quotes should be 'all in' prices - and should account for all travel and expenses etc

Users can then review all the quotes they've received, view each Photographer's profile, and decide which quote to accept

To accept a quote, the User will have pay a platform fee via Stripe. The full amount quoted by the Photographer is to be settled directly between the User and the Photographer at a later date

Once the quote has been accepted, the User and Photographer will be able to exchange messages on the platform to finalise the exact details of the shoot (location, date, time etc).

At this point, the User and Photographer will also be able to exchange personal contact information (name, email, phone), so that they can continue to chat outside of the Photocar website
